This project was completed in collaboration with the highly talented Palma-based architect Joan Miguel Seguí, whose team made it possible for us to manage most of the work remotely from Stockholm.

The house was in complete ruin when we began—originally two separate apartments connected by an external staircase. Optimising the floor plan was essential, ensuring every square metre was used efficiently, and the existing staircase became the new internal link between the two levels.

The material palette is simple yet elegant: locally sourced stone flows throughout the home, connecting inside and out, while the bespoke furniture is crafted from a single wood type and highlighted with a unique stone feature in the kitchen.

The rooftop terrace, once only one metre deep, was transformed into a generous outdoor space thanks to a smart planning strategy by the local architect.

Greenery plays a key role in the townhouse. A street-facing green wall provides both beauty and privacy, and by relocating the entrance we were able to create one large, connected garden with a pool and sun deck. The entrance staircase now offers an elegant, gradual ascent framed by lush greenery.
