Erika Carnback
Hallo!
My name is Erika Carnbäck.
Design, art and architecture aren’t just my passions — they’re the lens through which I see the world. I’ve worked in both boutique studios and large international practices in Stockholm and London, and today I run my own studio, creating thoughtful projects in Sweden and Mallorca.
I love crafting floor plans that feel effortless and designing material combinations that truly sing. My perfectionism is one of my greatest assets.
I hold an Architecture degree from Chalmers University of Technology and further developed my creative foundation with a year at HDK – Academy of Art and Design.
I work across disciplines: some projects are full-scope — from architecture to the art on the walls — while others are more focused, whether a single floor plan or a standalone interior design concept.
How We Work
Every project starts with an introduction meeting; getting to know clients and how they live their lives inside their home, understanding their needs and desires. This is the red thread through every project, to make sure their dreams come true.
For commercial projects, it is a founding understanding of the space and how it needs to function.
It is also important clients know the design process to create a collaborative environment, to get the best results possible.
The small team is dedicated to each unique assignment, from concept to implementation, under the guidance of Creative Director and founder Erika Carnbäck.
